Three builders sued by homeowners

The flood of construction defect lawsuits in Clark County continued this week with the filing of three new actions.

Resort Villas Owners Association of Las Vegas sued developer Robert V. Jones Corp., alleging defects in a 256-unit condominium project at 2050 Warm Springs Road in Henderson.

Robert V. Jones could not be reached for comment.

Laguna Verde Townhomes of Las Vegas sued Laguna Verde Associates, alleging defects in an 84-unit townhome project at Twain Avenue between Eastern and Pecos.

Laguna Verde Associates could not be reached for comment.

And Crossroads III Homeowners Association of Las Vegas sued Medallion Development Inc. and Paragon Development Inc., alleging a 62-unit condominium project at 207 North Lamb Blvd. had defects.

The defendants could not be reached for comment.
