Carl Adam Brunson Jr., 70, of North Las Vegas died Thursday in North Las Vegas. He was born Jan. 18, 1929, in Cleveland, Okla. A resident for 34 years, he was a supervisor of parking meter maintenance for the city of Las Vegas and a Korean War and Vietnam War Air Force veteran.
He is survived by his wife, Inez; three sons, Carl Adam Brunson III of North Las Vegas, Alan Brunson of Las Vegas and Bruce W. Brunson of Wyoming; one daughter, Belinda McClellan of Henderson; his mother, Florence Brunson of Cleveland; one brother, Russell Brunson of California; one sister, Sarah Gibbs; five grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
Services were scheduled at 2 p.m. today in Davis Funeral Home, 2127 W. Charleston Blvd. Burial is private.
James Clados
James Clados, 82, of Las Vegas died Saturday in Las Vegas. He was born March 1, 1917, in Brooklyn, N.Y. A resident for eight years, he was a retired driver for the Los Angeles Power and Light Company and a World War II Army veteran.
He is survived by his wife, Rosa.
Visitation will be noon-6 p.m. Wednesday in Palm Mortuary, 800 S. Boulder Highway, Henderson. Palm Mortuary, 1325 N. Main St. is handling arrangements.
Marie M. Portner
Marie M. Portner, 102, of Las Vegas died Friday in Las Vegas. She was born April 23, 1897, in Fessenden, N.D. A resident for 50 years, she was a homemaker and a life member of the Order of the Alabambra Eastern Star, No. 193.
She is survived by many nephews and nieces.
Visitation will be one hour prior to 11 a.m. services Wednesday in Palm Mortuary, 7400 W. Cheyenne Ave.
The family suggests donations to the Germans From Russia Foundation at North Dakota State University Library.
Bernice L. Rogers
Bernice L. Rogers, 90, of Las Vegas died Saturday in a local care center. She was born Dec. 18, 1908, in Chicago. A nine-year resident, she was a retired war production factory worker.
She is survived by one daughter, Phyllis Bannon of Las Vegas; one son, Phillip Gawlik of St. John, Ind.; nine grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be noon-2 p.m. with 1 p.m. services Tuesday in Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave. Burial will follow in Palm Valley View Cemetery.

Christine Ross
Christine Ross, 50, of Las Vegas died Friday in a local hospital. She was born July 16, 1949, in Massachusetts. A resident for three years, she was a homemaker.
She is survived by her husband, John; two daughters, Cheryl Doucette of Dedham, Mass., and Patricia Burkett of Taunton, Mass.; one son, John Goetz Jr. of Dedham; her mother, Mary Packer of Norton, Mass.; and two grandchildren.
Palm Mortuary, 1600 S. Jones Blvd. is handling arrangements.
