Website sued over Golden Nugget name

MGM MIRAGE'S Mirage Resorts Inc. of Las Vegas sued to stop Gold Nugget Casino Site and its administrator, Citywebsites Inc., from using the Golden Nugget name to advertise their online casino.

MGM MIRAGE owns the Golden Nugget hotel-casino in downtown Las Vegas.

The defendants could not be reached.
