'21' machines seized

Hot Springs Police Chief Gary Ashcraft learned of the operation and was told the operators were claiming they had a stamp from Bosson which gave them permission, the prosecutor said.
"The only stamps I've got are the 33-cent kind," Bosson said, adding that he knew nothing about the operation until Ashcraft told him about it. "They said I OK'd it. Not!"
Police had told the operators it was illegal to use the machines and the operators shut down the machines, but then apparently resumed using them.
