Man died from medical problems

The body of Richard Bassett, 56, was found face down in a small pool near the Wells Avenue bridge on Dec. 22.

Autopsy results were released Tuesday.

Reno police said Bassett was a transient who had been known to sleep in a camp along the river where his body was found.
