Alleged hit-and-run driver held on bail

Lance Mullins, 31, also of Stateline, was hit by a red, 1989 Jeep in the parking lot of Harvey's casino around 1:30 a.m. Christmas Day, the Douglas County Sheriff's Office said.

Deputies later found the vehicle and arrested John G. Glover.

Glover, 24, was charged with battery with a deadly weapon, failing to stop at the scene of an accident and driving under the influence.

The victim was treated at Barton Memorial Hospital and released.
