Residents of a northwest Las Vegas area may get a park they were promised by developer Rhodes Homes three years ago.
The project has been in limbo, but new plans call for the company to deed some 10 acres of land for the park, about a mile south of Floyd Lamb State Park.
The city will then come up with the $1 million to complete the project.
