John F. Walcheski, 47, of Florida and Mashpee; Richard McCormick, 41, of South Boston; and Thomas McCormick, 43, his brother, also of South Boston, each pleaded guilty to a federal charge of using interstate communications facilities to conduct a gambling business in violation of state law.
Walcheski also pleaded guilty to a federal charge of using a safe deposit box to conceal proceeds of a gambling business, the U.S. attorney's office said Monday.
Walcheski and Thomas McCormick pleaded guilty Monday before Chief U.S. District Judge William G. Young, while Richard McCormick pleaded guilty last week.
