Reno city councilman cries foul

Rigdon said he received encouragement from all the other city council members to try to secure a zoning change for a housing development at the sprawling ranch in southwest Reno.

The Regional Planning Government Board voted 9-1 last week against the change, killing plans for the 955-home subdivision at least for this year.
