This multidimensional white wine is a blend of nine grape varietals, among them Muscat, Pinot Gris and the emerging Muller-Thurgau from Germany. What adds to its unique taste is the fact that the wine is a field blend -- several varieties of grapes grown together in a single vineyard, then picked, crushed and fermented together.
