Aspen Financial gives buggy, electronic gifts

Aspen Financial Services, a privately owned trust deed lender, purchased an infant buggy and various electronic items for Child Haven's Adopt-A-Cottage program.

The six-seat buggy, which was on Child Haven's fall/winter wish list, will be used to take infants on outings outside the cottages and be used for evacuations in the event of an emergency.

In addition to the buggy, Aspen Financial Services donated new table-top video games, a Sega system, a VCR, computer games, a portable CD/cassette player, a Walkman cassette player and a Polaroid camera and film for the children to use.

The Music for Hope Foundation,

a non-profit organization that provides instruments to at-risk youth, is looking for musical instruments and funding for its program. Call 880-7900.
