Canadian group buys LV auto shop

Boyd Group Inc., an autobody company based in Winnipeg, Canada, purchased Auto Magic Paint & Body Center of Las Vegas. Terms weren't disclosed.
Located at 3585 W. Twain Ave. and in business since 1981, Auto Magic has 37 employees. A Boyd Group spokeswoman said Las Vegas' rapid growth and high ratio of vehicles to repair shops made the city an attractive market.
