Swedish builder opens LV office

Beers Construction Co. of Atlanta -- builder of such landmarks as Turner Field, the Georgia Dome and Walt Disney's Animal Kingdom -- opened a Las Vegas office to compete in the booming Nevada economy.

Beers is a division of Skanska USA, which is among the Top 4 general contractors in the United States and is a subsidiary of an international construction and industrial group based in Sweden.
