LV tech companies in litigation

A Las Vegas Internet website development company is seeking an injunction to stop eight former employees, accused of defecting to a competing local firm, from violating their two-year non-compete agreements and from stealing other workers.

In a Clark County District Court lawsuit, NOS Communications Inc. sued BargainCitiesUSA.com Inc. and its web development subsidiary I-Prodirect.com Inc., alleging they used eight former NOS workers and offers of higher pay to lure current NOS employees to join them.

Ira Tommer, BargainCitiesUSA.com's owner, declined comment.
