Residents to vote on casino

BELOIT, Wis. -- Beloit residents will vote in the fall on whether they want to have a tribal casino in their city.
The City Council decided on a unanimous vote Monday night to hold the referendum Nov. 7 -- the same day the presidential election and many state races will be decided.
