Firm with Vegas office sold

INDIANAPOLIS -- Sallie Mae, the nation's largest lender to students, is buying USA Group, one of the industry's leading providers of loan services, for $770 million in cash and stock.
USA Group, which employs about 3,000 people nationwide, is a nonprofit company that provides services including collections of repayments on student loans. It has a Las Vegas office in Summerlin.
