Letter: Send nuke waste in back door

Nevada should impose an import tax of $1 per pound on all nuclear waste. That would provide about $200 million, which should be sufficient to enable a back-door route to Yucca Mountain via a railhead and road over the Sheep Range from the UP tracks and Interstate 15.
