Sewer line leaves mess at mobile home park

The spill at the Irvington Mobile Home Park about 11 p.m. Monday resulted from a blockage of the trailer park's sewer line, officials said.

Carlin Mayor Linda Bingham said the sewer line that was blocked is under private ownership.

"City workers went out and broke the line free of the blockage," Bingham said Tuesday.

"We had a state health inspection today and found areas that needed treatment and workers are currently cleaning the area."
