Correction

Because of an error by the Sun, a headline in Tuesday's Metro section incorrectly said a veterinarian who was disciplined by the state Board of Veterinary Medicine received a fine reduction in District Court. He was allowed to post a $5,000 bond to keep his practice open, which will be applied toward the $18,000 fine if he loses his challenge. The Sun regrets the error.
