Letter: Article fair about eye procedure

I think that it is interesting that people would never consider having other major surgery (i.e. heart, brain, hip) done by the lowest bidder, yet are willing to give their sight into the hands of the local discount center. As someone with experience in this area (as an optometrist), I do think that in most cases, you get what you pay for.
