Sport: Golf

Currently: Massey is a key member of a Rams squad that will compete at this weekend's NCAA West Regional Tournament in Madera, Calif. -- the fifth straight time the school has qualified for regionals. For the regular season, he averaged 74.82 strokes -- fifth among Colorado State regulars. His sophomore campaign included a low round of even-par 70 and one top-10 finish.

Looking back: As a senior, Massey was named Southern Nevada's golfer of the year by area coaches, after a season in which he helped the Gators to the school's third 4A state team title. He was team captain for his last two seasons and was nominated for academic All-American honors as a senior.
