Two to compete for Hickey's post

Marcia Washington of Las Vegas and Tracey Lewis of North Las Vegas will compete this fall for a seat on the state Board of Education, representing District 2, Subdistrict A.
The nonpartisan race, covering the northern portion of the Las Vegas Valley, carries a four-year term. The winner will replace Liliam Hickey, who could not run again because of term limits.
