Because of an error by the Sun, a story on Page 1 of Wednesday's edition incorrectly identified financial help given to Las Vegas Councilman Michael Mack by car dealer Joseph Scala. Scala gave Mack a $60,000 loan. In a related story, EZ Pawn, a pawnshop, was mischaractarized. It is a publicly held company. The Sun regrets the errors.
