Letter: Give refund back to treasury

Anybody who is worried about the effects of the Bush tax cut should sign their refund check over to the treasury.

Let me also remind everyone that you can always pay extra income taxes. The government is happy to accept it.

If you are still worried about deficits, the answer is to spend less.
