Teachers drop charge against school district

The school district and White Pine Association of Classroom Teachers were slated to appear Tuesday before the Local Government Employee-Management Relations Board in Las Vegas.
The hearing was in response to allegations brought by the union during the 1999 contract negotiations.
Both parties signed a stipulation Monday afternoon dismissing the charges.
