Letter: 'Notch Babies' not being heard

Whatever happened as a result of all the articles we read about "Notch Babies"? I just can't understand why nobody does anything about it.

Sen. Harry Reid and Sun Executive Editor Mike O'Callaghan are among the few who really seem to care. The presidential election is over, so nobody seems to care.
