Letter: Column about pill hits mark

I've just read Brian Greenspun's June 14 column, "The real cost of the pill," and I couldn't agree more. I've never been able to understand why contraceptives were denied -- it always seemed to me that it would make more sense not to have all those children, days off for morning sickness, etc.

I did notice, recently, that there was absolutely no problem in getting Viagra covered by insurance! If that isn't discrimination, I don't know what is.
