Council delays White decision

The council will wait until Dec. 15 to decide whether Earle White Jr., the chairman of the Las Vegas Ethics Review Board, should be reappointed to another four-year term.
Mayor Oscar Goodman said it would be more appropriate to wait until after a full hearing concerning two ethics complaints against Councilman Michael Mack, is conducted Dec. 6.
