Letter: Tragedy serves to warn nations

Yes, we are a target. Why? Because America is a threat to all dictators, despots and terroristic governments throughout the world. What happened Tuesday morning is a warning to all governments of the world. If it happened here, it sure as hell can happen there. America will prevail.
