Proceeds from 'Meltdown' drink to aid Yucca fight

Jerry's Nugget Casino has joined residents who oppose nuclear waste coming to Southern Nevada.
Jerry's Nugget, at 1821 Las Vegas Boulevard North in North Las Vegas, is offering a specialty drink, appropriately called "The Yucca Mountain Meltdown." The drink is a blend of Curacao, rum and pineapple.
The Meltdown costs $2.50 and is served in a souvenir glass.
Jerry's Nugget will donate $1 from each sale to the Nevada Anti-Nuclear Waste Task Force, a nonprofit public advocacy organization.
