Elizabeth Blau, the former MGM MIRAGE restaurant development executive who worked for Steve Wynn in luring some of the world's most high-profile chefs to Las Vegas during her tenure with the gaming giant, has formed Elizabeth Blau & Associates.
The consulting firm, which has offices in Las Vegas and New York, specializes in strategic planning, menu development, human resource management, financial analysis and information technology services.
Blau brought such restaurants as Olives, Le Cirque, Prime, Circo, Aqua and the five-star Renoir to MGM MIRAGE's Las Vegas properties.
