Incumbent Wendell Williams, the Assembly Speaker pro tem, faces no primary challenger.
However, the eight-term Democrat representing North Las Vegas will face Republican Devon Mennenoh in November.
Williams, 52, is a management analyst for the city of Las Vegas.
Mennenoh did not respond to requests for information.
