Senate District 7

Incumbent Democrat Terry Care faces no opponents in the primary or general election, and thus needs just one vote to win a second term as District 7 senator.

Care, 55, is an attorney and chairman of the state Democratic Party. He plans to focus on an overhaul of Nevada's tax system, additional funding for public education and health care availability.
