Martial arts series to air in Great Britain

Officials of the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) today announced they have signed an exclusive television distribution agreement with British Sky Broadcasting to air their one-hour show. The show will air for 23 consecutive weeks starting Thursday in the United Kingdom and Ireland. The shows are available in the U.S. on pay-per-view TV for $9.95. The UFC is the leading mixed martial arts fighting organization in the world. It is owned and operated by Zuffa LLC, which is headquartered in Las Vegas.
