Letter: Power customers get burned twice

Regarding the request for a power rate increase:

What hasn't been addressed in this discussion about an increase to an individual bill, is the increased cost to all our consumer products.

The increased cost in power will affect businesses' bottom line and I expect they will just pass that increase to their customers. So in effect, the consumer gets to pay much more than just the increase in their individual bill.
