Area hospitals planned

Five hospital projects are in the works for the Las Vegas Valley, and a proposal for a sixth has been floated. Clark County has nine hospitals, with a total of one hospital bed for every 427 people, compared with the national average of a hospital bed for every 345 people. The projects:
