Park Place Entertainment Corp. said today that renowned San Francisco chef Bradley Ogden, who has won culinary awards for his take on classic American cuisine, will open his first restaurant outside California at Park Place's Caesars Palace resort on the Las Vegas Strip in March.
The restaurant, to be called Bradley Ogden, will be situated near the 4,000-seat Colosseum that Caesars Palace is building to house Celine Dion's upcoming run at the property.
The restaurant will include 190 seats for dining and 60 seats for cocktails. It will be designed to resemble Ogden's Lark Creek Inn restaurant near San Francisco.
