Letter: Interstate trash bad for Las Vegas

On a recent trip to Las Vegas, I was shocked to see the litter alongside Interstate 15 as I entered the city. What a pigsty!

Couldn't the great Silver State spend some of your silver to clean out the junk? Otherwise, you may have to change your motto to the PB & J (Plastic Bag & Junk) State.
