Attendants may be recalled

DENVER -- UAL Corp.'s United Airlines plans to call back some flight attendants who were put on furlough in April after an unprecedented number of remaining attendants decided to retire, the Rocky Mountain News reported today. As many as 500 of United's flight attendants are expected to return at the end of August, the newspaper said.
