Swan H. Beckman

Swan H. Beckman, 81, of Las Vegas died Saturday in Las Vegas. He was born Dec. 6, 1921, in Dalboe, Minn. A resident for 44 years, he was a contractor and a World War II Marine Corps veteran.

He is survived by two daughters, Jennifer M. Daning and Sandra Hall, both of Las Vegas; two grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

Visitation is scheduled 9-10 a.m. Wednesday in Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave. Graveside services will follow in Palm Valley View Memorial Park. Palm Mortuary, 1600 S. Jones Blvd., is handling arrangements.

Dolores Joy Gentry

Dolores Joy Gentry, 73, of North Las Vegas died Friday in Las Vegas. She was born Jan. 20, 1930, in Waco, Texas. A resident for 43 years, she was a homemaker.

She is survived by her husband, James; two sons, Richard Gentry and Ted Gentry, and one daughter, Dorothy Hayes, all of Las Vegas; eight grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

Visitation is scheduled 4-7 p.m. today in Bunkers Mortuary, 925 Las Vegas Blvd. North. Graveside services will be 2:30 p.m. Tuesday in Memory Gardens, 7251 W. Lone Mountain Road.

Theodore Graff

Theodore Graff, 88, of Las Vegas died Sunday in Las Vegas. He was born Sept. 5, 1914, in LaRussell, Mo. A resident for 42 years, he was a retired construction superintendent, a World War II Army veteran, a member of the National Rifle Association, Elks and Moose.

He is survived by his wife, Beulah; one daughter, Anne Murray of Las Vegas; five grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

Services will be 11 a.m. Wednesday in Palm Mortuary, 1600 S. Jones Blvd.

Zerena Koran

Zerena Koran, 74, of Las Vegas died May 25 in Las Vegas. She was born March 29, 1929, in Idaho. A resident for 23 years, she was a hypnotherapist.

She is survived by two sons, Dennis Carpenter and David; two daughters, Dyana Todd and Deborah Carpenter; and two grandchildren.

Desert Memorial Cremation and Burial Society, 1111 Las Vegas Blvd. North, handled private arrangements.

Crispin Morrison

Crispin Morrison, 41, of Las Vegas died May 23 in Las Vegas. She was born July 6, 1961, in Boston. A resident for four years, she was a founder of Ovarian Cancer Alliance of Nevada, a member of Las Vegas Astronomical Society and Collaborative on Health and Environment.

She is survived by her mother and stepfather, Elisabeth and Bradford Williams of Las Vegas; her father and stepmother, Michael G. and Kathy Morrison of Palm Beach Gardens, Fla.; one brother, Adam Morrison of San Francisco; one stepsister, Lauren Williams of St. Louis; and one stepbrother, Jeffrey Williams of Elmsford, N.Y.

A memorial service will be 3 p.m. June 22 in Summerlin Hospital Medical Center, 653 Town Center Drive, Ground Floor Conference Room. Palm Mortuary, 1600 S. Jones Blvd., is handling arrangements.

The family suggests donations to the Ovarian Cancer Alliance of Nevada, 2827 Utica Circle, Las Vegas, NV 89146, or the donor's favorite charity.

Rosa Inez Sanchez

Rosa Inez Sanchez, 58, of Las Vegas died Saturday in a local hospital. She was born April 6, 1945, in Rosario, Argentina. A resident for eight years, she was a customer service representative in retail sales.

She is survived by two daughters, Roxana Castillo of Las Vegas and Shirley Castillo of Los Angeles; one son, Carlos Castillo of Los Angeles; one brother, Oscar Sanchez of Argentina; her ex-husband, Carlos Castillo of Los Angeles; and one grandchild.

Visitation is scheduled 2-7 p.m. Tuesday in Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave. Services will be 10 a.m. Wednesday in Palm Chapel, Eastern. Burial will follow in Palm Valley View Memorial Park.

Mario Cesar Stein

Mario Cesar Stein, 28, of Las Vegas died Thursday in Las Vegas. He was born Oct. 28, 1974, in Torrance, Calif. A resident for 17 years, he was a convenience store clerk.

He is survived by his mother, Irene Medina of Las Vegas; his father, Adalberto Bastidas of California; his stepfather, Cesar Stein, and two sisters, Viviann Carlson and Roberta Botello, all of Las Vegas; and his grandparents, Gabriel and Emilia Medina of San Diego;

Visitation is scheduled one hour prior to an 11 a.m. service Tuesday in the LDS chapel, 4270 S. Maryland Parkway. Affordable Cremation and Burial Service, 2457 N. Decatur Blvd., is handling arrangements.

Bertha Vincent

Bertha Vincent, 82, of Las Vegas died Friday in a local hospital. She was born Feb. 2, 1921, in Connecticut. A resident for 16 years, she was a homemaker.

She is survived by two sons, Robert Vincent and Harold J. Vincent, both of Las Vegas; one daughter, Joyce Elaine Petrocelli; two grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.

A memorial service will be 10 a.m. Tuesday in Palm Mortuary, 800 S. Boulder Highway, Henderson. Burial will be in Palm Memorial Park, Henderson.

Donald Ray Winn

Donald Ray Winn, 59, of Las Vegas died Friday in Las Vegas. He was born June 23, 1943, in San Diego. A longtime resident, he owned and operated a Kentucky Fried Chicken restaurant in Prescott, Ariz., for 26 years and was a dealer at the Flamingo hotel.

He was preceded in death by one brother, Ted Winn.

He is survived by his wife of 33 years, Rhonda; one daughter, Kimberly Winn, two sons, Kristopher Winn and Kenneth Winn, his father, Verne Winn, and one sister, Verna Kay Hayes, all of Las Vegas; and two brothers, Evan Winn of Thousand Oaks, Calif., and George Winn of Baker, Ore.

Visitation is scheduled 30 minutes prior to a 10:30 a.m. service Thursday in the LDS Haven Ward, Serene and Maryland Parkway. Burial will follow in Memory Gardens, 7251 W. Lone Mountain Road. Bunkers Mortuary, 925 Las Vegas Blvd. North, is handling arrangements.

Nancy M. Wright

Nancy M. Wright, 73, of Tucson died Wednesday in Tucson. She was born Oct. 22, 1929, in Tucson.

She is survived by her husband, David F. Sr.; two sons, David F. Wright Jr. of Las Vegas and Joseph F. Wright of Tucson; 11 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

Services will be 7 p.m. today in Davis Paradise Valley Funeral Home, 6200 S. Eastern Ave. Burial will be private.
