Board members retire

Two members of slot maker Mikohn Gaming Corp.'s board of directors, Dennis Garcia and Bruce Peterson, have retired. The move is effective immediately, though Garcia will continue with the company in his existing role as a member of Mikohn's sales management team.

Following disappointing earnings last year, the Las Vegas-based company has laid off staff and restructured the company to boost performance.
