Vegas utility tops region in satisfaction study

Southwest Gas Corp. was the highest ranking natural gas utility in the Western region in the J.D. Power and Associates 2003 Gas Utility Residential Customer Satisfaction Study released this morning.
The Las Vegas-based company received the region's top scores for company image, price and value, and customer service.
The study is based on more than 11,000 telephone interviews with U.S. residential gas customers. The responses were collected between June through August of 2003.
