President Bush wants to cut, cut, cut domestic programs that help needy Americans, but he thinks nothing of pledging a whopping $674 million for famine relief in Africa. This is on top of the recent $950 million for tsunami relief. That is yet more of our tax dollars going abroad.
Whatever happened to voluntary contributions?
Just more to add to our already staggering national debt.
