Letter: Voters don't like to be trumped by judges

Well, it happened again. Not long ago a justice on the Nevada Supreme Court acted to overrule the will of the voters, and now it has happened again with a District Court judge acting to stop enactment of the Question 5 nonsmoking referendum. Does the will of the voters of Nevada mean nothing?
In the first instance of a justice ignoring the voters, those same voters acted in a way that could not be overruled by a justice - they voted to remove that justice from the Nevada Supreme Court. The question for the voters who supported Question 5 to ask now is this: When is the next election?
