Regarding Mark McDermott's March 10 letter about abortion, "Babies in womb need protection":
I would suggest that he and many other people should take the advice of dear Ann Landers and MYOB - mind your own business. This is a subject that should never have been politicized because it is no one's business. This involves a woman and her conscience.
Granted, I think that using abortion as a method of birth control is silly and not very smart, but it should still be only up to the woman. If a person of the male gender wishes to butt in, then the easiest solution for him would be to keep everything in his pants. Then he would not be burdened with all those huge decisions.
