Letter: Terrorist prisoners expect torture

No doubt the prisoners who undergo waterboarding, sad as it is that we must employ such methods, expect far worse. They know well that they would be far more vicious in their techniques and probably expect that level of pain.

If waterboarding saves the free world as we know it, then that is much the lesser of two evils.
