CLARIFICATION

A story Tuesday said Clark County commissioners "work too much" and therefore decided to cut one of the five meetings they attend monthly. In making that change, commissioners stressed that elimination of the liquor and gaming licensing meeting was driven by a wish to improve customer service, make more efficient use of county time and resources, and quicken the licensing process, not by a desire to work less.
