I agree totally with Jane Schmidt’s March 25 letter, “Iraq war has been a waste of lives, money,” and that view is unbelievably widespread. I venture to say President Bush will go down in history as the most disliked and worst president of the United States of America.
I might add that Vice President Dick Cheney is just as culpable in the deterioration of our country and the administration’s lack of concern for its people and our troops. The administration’s edicts are all that is important to this pompous pair (the Gruesome Twosome).
When their terms end, we should have a national holiday, dancing and reveling in the fact that our country is free from their imperious rule.
