Lots of us see many good reasons to be bitter

There are a lot of people in this country who are “bitter” these days. I happen to be one of them.

I am bitter about gasoline approaching $4 a gallon, about a loaf of bread at $4, about banks ripping off their customers and getting rewarded for doing so by the Federal Reserve, about politicians, some making millions and pretending to be in touch with the middle class and poor people in this country, and, most of all, about billions being spent on an illegal invasion of a country and our young men and women being killed and maimed in it.

Many people do cling to religion, some even get addicted to it. If it helps ease your pain and sadness, so be it.

Many people in this country own guns that’s their right. Some of these gun owners use these guns for evil purposes. All you have to do is look at the murder rate in this country. The word “bitter” was used by Sen. Barack Obama and some get upset. The truth hurts.
