I recently read that Sen. Harry Reid plans to request millions in federal money for the Southern Nevada Health District to help deal with the horrors created by Dr. Dipak Desai’s greedy, despicable medical procedures. (The respectful title of doctor is inappropriate.)
Desai amassed millions while he knowingly endangered more than 40,000 people’s lives. It’s obscene that his wealth/assets will apparently not be “available” to pay for the life-threatening harm done.
Taxpayers, including the victims of this predatory doctor, will be footing the bill. What’s wrong with this picture?!
